Cabochon garnet and diamond coronet cluster ring. Set to the centre with an oval carbuncle cabochon garnet in an open back raised rubover setting, encircled by a single row of thirty round brilliant cut diamonds in rubover grain settings with an approximate combined weight of 1.50 carats, supported by a gallery of ribbed worked gold to an outward spray, and further by tri-shoulders to a solid D-shape shank. Marked 18 carat yellow gold, circa 1960.
