Trombino and ring. Set to centre with one octagonal unenhanced Burmese sapphire in an setting with a weight of 1.15 , flanked to either side with four rectangular in open back half settings with a combined approximate weight of 0.42 carats, further adorned by thirty two diamonds in open back settings with a combined weight of 0.65 carats. The total approximate diamond weight is 1.07 carats to an impressive cluster design with polished edges, a linear open , and fancy shape open back holing, the trumpeting tapering through to a solid . 18 carat yellow , signed 'BVLGARI', numbered 'BA12774', hallmarked '*150ROMA', Italian, 1970, accompanied by Gemmological Certification Services (GCS) report #5782-991.
