 Description

Bulgari diamond Trombino ring. Set to centre with an octagonal emerald-cut diamond, E colour, VVS2 clarity, with a weight of 3.11 carats in an open back claw setting, flanked by twelve rectangular baguette cut diamonds in open back channel settings with a combined approximate weight of 0.90 carats, further decorated with forty round brilliant cut diamonds in open back grain settings with a combined weight of 1.10 carats. The total approximate diamond weight is 5.11 carats, to an impressive trombino design featuring polished borders, a finely pierced gallery and fancy shape open backholing, leading to conforming shoulders whch flow through to a solid flat shank. Marked platinum, circa 1950, accompanied by Gemological Institute of America (GIA) report #1236185069.
