Set to centre with a shape unenhanced sapphire in an setting with an approximate weight of 1.70 , surrounded by a row of twenty round in open back settings with a combined approximate weight of 0.20 carats, further encircled by twenty five round eight cut diamonds in open back grain settings with a combined weight of 0.50 carats. The total approximate diamond weight is 0.70 carats, to an elegant double row cluster with and polished edging, an intricately pierced openwork featuring scrolling motifs and fancy open backholing, flanked by ridged raised and flowing through to a solid . , numbered '8154', French, 1915, accompanied by Gemmological Certification Services report #81286-05.

The total approximate diamond weight is 0.70 carats, to an elegant double row cluster with millegrain and polished edging, an intricately pierced openwork gallery featuring scrolling motifs and fancy open backholing, flanked by ridged raised shoulders and flowing through to a solid D-shape shank.
