Art Deco Onyx and diamond earrings. A matching pair each centrally set with a round old cut diamond in an open back rubover setting, two in total with a combined approximate weight of 0.80 carats, encircled by an onyx hoop, further encircled by a single graduating row of thirteen round old cut diamonds in open back rubover settings, twenty six in total with a combined weight of 1.20 carats all suspended from six round old cut diamonds in open back rubover settings, twelve in total with a combined weight of 1.00 carats. The total approximate diamond weight is 3.00 carats to an elegant articulated drop earring flowing with movement featuring millegrain borders, an intricately pierced gallery and fancy open backholing, fitted to reverse with a secure post and butterfly. Marked platinum, tested yellow gold, French, circa 1925.
