Set with a natural pearl bead, accented by ten round rose cut diamonds in closed back grain settings with an approximate combined weight of 0.10 carats, to an elegant stick brooch with a finely modeled acorn terminal enriched with engraved details, terminating in a solid pointed pin. Marked 18 carat gold, maker's mark 'W.H.', circa 1870.
