Belle Époque natural pearl and diamond necklace. Set with one hundred and thirty six natural saltwater beaded pearls, measurements range from approximately 2.2mm - 6.4mm, to a single row which elegantly graduates to the centre, fitted to reverse with a shaped push clasp and trace link safety chain, clasp set with a drop shape old cut diamond in an open back rubover and millegrain setting with an approximate weight of 0.45 carats, encircled by eleven round single cut diamonds in open back rubover and millegrain settings with a combined approximate weight of 0.20 carats, to an attractive heart shape secure push clasp with intricately pierced backholing, approximately 20" in length. Clasp marked platinum, chain tested white gold, indistinctive maker's mark, numbered '110', French, circa 1915, accompanied by Gemmological Certification Services report #78157-27 and fitted leather box.
