Vintage yellow sapphire and diamond ring. Set to centre with a rectangular emerald-cut natural unenhanced yellow sapphire in an open back claw setting with an approximate weight of 4.54 carats, further set with four rectangular baguette cut diamonds in open back rubover settings with a combined approximate weight of 0.40 carats, to a striking flanked solitaire design with curving corner claws, a stepped linear gallery and fancy open backholing, flanked by trumpeting split shoulders flowing through to a solid tapering D-shape shank.
