Set with one central round old cut diamond in an open back claw setting with an approximate weight of 0.50 carats, to an openwork solitaire design featuring an illusion setting, curving claws and open backholing, leading to tri-split shoulders with ridged detail and flowing through to a tapered D-shape shank. Marked 18 carat yellow gold, full English halllmarks, makers mark 'GM', English, circa 1951.
