A matching pair, each consisting of eleven rectangular step cut natural unenhanced rubies of various sizes, twenty two in total in open and closed back rubover settings with a combined approximate weight of 0.60 carats, to a leaf design featuring linear openwork, polished borders and open and closed backholing, fitted to reverse with a secure hinged clip fitting, approximately 3cm in length. Marked 18 carat yellow gold, full English hallmarks for London, maker's mark 'HGM' for Henry George Murphy and falcon mark for the falcon studio, English, circa 1935.
