Vintage fancy diamond coronet cluster ring. Set to centre with a single cushion shape old mine cut natural unenhanced fancy light yellowish green diamond, VS2 clarity with an approximate weight of 1.12 carats in an open backclaw setting, encircled by ten round brilliant cutdiamonds in open back claw settings with a combined weight of 0.50 carats. The total approximate diamond weight is 1.62 carats, to an elegant coronet cluster design featuring curving claws, an intricately pierced gallery and fancy open backholing, leading to inwardly tapering shoulders and flowing through to a solid D-shapeshank. Markedplatinum, circa 1970, accompanied by Gemmological Institute of America (GIA) report #6204108002.
