Description

Emerald-cut diamond flanked solitaire ring. Set with a rectangular emerald-cut diamond, F colour, VS2 clarity, with a weight of 1.01 carats, in an open back four claw setting, flanked by eight square baguette cut diamonds in open back rubover channel settings with a combined weight of 0.24 carats. The total approximate diamond weight is 1.25 carats, to a geometric design with linear gallery, intricately pierced backholing and all on a slim ridged shank. Marked 18 carat yellow gold, circa 1940, accompanied by Gemological Institute of America (GIA) report #2151005601.
