Set to centr with one cushion shape old cutnatural unenhanced Burmese ruby in an open backclaw setting with an approximate weight of 1.25 carats, encircled by twenty two round brilliant cutdiamonds in open back collet settings with a combined approximate weight of 1.50 carats, further bordered by sixteen round eight cut diamonds in open back collet settings with a combined weight of 0.32 carats. The total approximate diamond weight is 1.82 carats, to a bombé floraform cluster featuring curving claws, an intricately pierced gallery and open backholing, leading to smooth shoulders and tapering down to a solid D-shapeshank. Marked 18 carat yellow gold, signed 'VAN CLEEF & ARPELS', numbered 'B.9344', circa 1960, accompanied by Gem & Pearl Laboratory report #07622.
