Art Deco diamond flanked solitaire ring. Centrally set with a round old cut diamond in an open back claw setting with an approximate weight of 0.80 carats, flanked by six round single cut diamonds in open back rubover channel settings with a combined weight of 0.08 carats. The total approximate diamond weight is 0.88 carats, to a geometric flanked solitaire design featuring millegrain edging, a linear openwork gallery and fancy backholing, the slightly raised shoulders flowing smoothly through to a solid D-shape shank. Marked platinum, circa 1930.
