Art Deco flanked solitaire diamond ring. Centrally set with a marquise shape old cut diamond in an open back claw setting with an approximate weight of 1.20 carats, flanked by two arrow head shape baguette cut diamonds in open back rubover settings with a combined weight of 0.25 carats. The total approximate diamond weight is 1.45 carats, to an elegant solitaire design featuring curving claws, an intricately pierced gallery and geometric open backholing, leading to openwork trumpeting shoulders with ridged design flowing to a solid D-shape shank. Tested platinum, circa 1925.
