Description

Silver tea caddy dated 1808 with interwoven pattern to the sides, lid and handle. Made by James Turner after the dissolution of his partnership with Charles Fox. Marked with the Monarchs Head stamp which meant that duty was paid on it to help fund the American Colonial War.
