Sapphire and Diamond cluster ring. Centrally set with a rectangular step cut natural unenhanced sapphire in an open back rubover setting with an approximate weight of 0.80 carats, adorned by eighteen cushion shape old mine diamonds, in open back grain settings, with an approximate combined weight of 0.55 carats, to a linear coronet cluster design, with an intricately pierced gallery, and fancy open backholing, leading to tri-split shoulders with fleur de lis detailing, flowing to a solid D-shape shank. Tested platinum, circa 1920, accompanied by Gemmological Certification Services report #5783-865.
