Burmese ruby and diamond coronet cluster ring. Centrally set with a cushion shape old cut natural and unenhanced Burmese ruby in an open back rubover setting with an approximate weight of 1.34 carats, surrounded by eighteen round eight cut diamonds in open back grain settings with a combined approximate weight of 0.19 carats, to an oval coronet cluster with polished edges, an intricately pierced gallery featuring scrollwork and open backholing, the raised shoulders supported by cheniers flowing to a solid D-shape shank. Tested platinum, circa 1920, accompanied by a Gem Research Swisslab report #GRS2015-122611.
