A matching pair, each consisting of seven round old cut natural unenhanced rubies, fourteen in total, in closed back claw settings with a combined approximate weight of 1.20 carats, to a floral design featuring curving claws and stylised petals, fitted to reverse with a secure hinged clip fitting, approximately 2cm in length. Marked 18 carat yellow gold, indistinct maker's mark, French, circa 1940.
