Set to centre with a cushion shape old cut natural unenhanced ruby in an open back four claw setting with an approximate weight of 3.00 carats, encircled by a single row of ten round brilliant cut diamonds in open back rubover and grain settings with an approximate combined weight of 1.50 carats, all set to a floraform cluster supported by an ornate pierced circular openwork gallery with elegant inward tapered slightly raised shoulders leading to a smooth D-shape solid shank. Marked 18 carat yellow gold, French, circa 1970, accompanied by GPL report #07205.
