Padparadscha sapphire and diamond coronet cluster ring. Set to centre with a cushion shape mixed cut natural unenhanced padparadscha Ceylon sapphire in an open back claw setting with an approximate weight of 4.21 carats, encircled by sixteen round transitional cut diamonds in open back claw settings with a combined approximate weight of 0.96 carats, to an impressive coronet cluster design featuring stylised curving claws, a decoratively pierced structural gallery and open backholing, leading to smooth shoulders and flowing through to a solid shank. Marked 18 carat white gold, circa 1950, accompanied by Edelsteinbefundbericht Gemstone report #031077.
