Vertically set with one oval cabochon natural unenhanced Ceylon sapphire in an open back rubover setting with an approximate weight of 4.10 carats, encircled by fifty six round old cut diamonds in open back grain and rubover settings with an combined approximate weight of 1.00 carats, to an ornate pierced bombé frame, millegrain edging and fancy open backholing, the integrated shoulders flowing to a D-shape shank.
