Ornate Edwardian diamond cluster ring. Set with a central round old cut diamond in an open back rubover setting with a weight of 1.10 carats, encircled by cluster of thirty six round old cut diamonds in open back millegrain and grain settings with a combined weight of 0.80 carats. The total approximate diamond weight is 1.90 carats, to an ornate openwork marquise cluster with intricate pierced backholing and gallery, flanked by split shoulders with elegant scrolled engraving to the sides, flowing down to a solid D-shape shank. Tested platinum, circa 1910.
