Old mine diamond coronet cluster ring. Set to centre with a cushion shape old mine diamond in an open back claw setting with an approximate weight of 1.30 carats, encircled by ten cushion shape old mine diamonds in open back claw and grain settings with a combined weight of 1.20 carats. The total approximate diamond weight is 2.50 carats, to an impressive coronet cluster design featuring curving claws, an intricately pierced gallery, and open backholing, leading to raised shoulders and flowing through to a solid D-shape shank. Marked yellow gold and platinum, French import marks, circa 1905.
