Old cut diamond flanked solitaire ring. Set to centre with a round old cut diamond, in an open back claw setting, with an approximate weight of 0.50 carats, flanked by six round eight-cut diamonds in open back grain settings with a combined weight of 0.08 carats. The total approximate diamond weight is 0.58 carats, set in an elegant flanked solitaire design featuring millegrain edging, a pierced gallery, and fancy shape open backholing, leading to raised shoulders and flowing through to a solid D-shaped shank. Marked 18 carat white gold and platinum, makers mark "A.H&S", circa 1920.
