Art Deco emerald and diamond coronet cluster ring. Centrally set with an octagonal emerald-cut natural emerald with no colour enhancement in an open back claw setting with an approximate weight of 1.00 carats, encircled by a single row of ten round old cut diamonds in rubover and grain settings with an approximate combined weight of 1.00 carats, to a floral design featuring scalloped millegrain edging, an ornate openwork gallery and circular backholing, leading to raised inwardly tapering shoulders supported by cheniers and flowing through to a solid D-shape shank. Marked platinum, makers mark 'SMB', marked 'JDW', circa 1920.
