Emerald cabochon and diamond ballerina ring by J. E. Caldwell. Set to centre with an oval cabochon natural emerald with no colour enhancement in an open back four claw setting with an approximate weight of 1.75 carats, encircled by a single row of twenty channel set tapered baguette cut diamonds in an outward spray formation in open back claw settings to a curved framework with an approximate weight of 3.00 carats, the gallery displays ornate geometric pierced open work supporting the curved collet, with pierced backholing, leading to split shoulders and a tapered ridged solid shank. Marked platinum and iridium, maker's mark 'J.E.C&Co', numbered 'X3069'.
