A pair of matching cufflinks, each composed of a marquise plaque featuring a finely pierced symmetrical florette pattern from a central point of gold beadwork, securely fitted to reverse with a five linked chain to an intricately carved bar featuring a foliate design with open scrollwork, approximately 2.1cm in length. Tested 18 carat yellow gold, approximately 14.14 grams in weight, makers mark for Weise, signed 'WIESE', French, circa 1885.
