Georgian two row diamond cluster ring. Set with a central cushion shape old mine diamond in a closed back grain setting with a weight of 1.00 carats, encircled by two rows of cushion shape old mine diamonds, thirty in total to closed back grain and cutdown settings with a combined weight of 1.30 carats. The total approximate diamond weight is 2.30 carats, to an elegant gently curved circular cluster with closed conforming bezel detailed with intricate engraving and scripted initials 'RW', with shaped shoulders and a solid tapered shank. Tested yellow gold with silver settings, circa 1740.
