Georgian emerald and diamond ring. Set centrally with three cushion shape old mine diamonds in closed back cut-down settings with a combined approximate weight of 0.65 carats, interspersed with six octagonal emerald-cut natural emeralds in closed back cut-down settings with a combined approximate weight of 0.16 carats, to an ornate cluster design featuring decorative granulation detail, a scalloped gallery and closed backholing, flanked by broad integrated shoulders featuring intricate engraving and metalwork, flowing through to a solid engraved D-shape shank. Tested yellow gold, English, circa 1835.
