Description
Georgian diamondcluster ring. Set to centre with a cushion shape old mine diamond in a closed backclaw setting with a weight of 0.90 carats, surrounded by eight cushion shape rose cutdiamonds in closed back cut down settings with a combined weight of 1.00 carats. The total approximate diamond weight is 1.90 carats, to an elegant coronet cluster design with polished edges and a radiating sunburst design to reverse, flanked by ornate scrolling openwork shoulders, tapering down to a solid D-shapeshank. Testedsilver and yellow gold, English, circa 1770.
