Emerald-cut diamond flanked solitaire ring. Set to centre with an octagonal emerald-cut diamond, I colour, VS1 clarity, with a weight of 1.41 carats in an open back claw setting, flanked by four rectangular baguette cut diamonds in open back rubover settings with a combined approximate weight of 0.50 carats. The total approximate diamond weight is 1.91 carats, to a geometric flanked solitaire design featuring polished borders, a decoratively pierced gallery and fancy shape open backholing, leading to raised shoulders and flowing through to a solid D-shape shank. Marked platinum, circa 1930, accompanied by Gemological Institute of America (GIA) report #5234085924.
