Vintage emerald and diamond cluster ring. Set to centre with an octagonal emerald-cut natural Colombian Muzo emerald with no colour enhancement and negligible clarity enhancement in an open back claw setting with an approximate weight of 2.22 carats, encircled by a single row of eight round brilliant cut emeralds in open back claw settings with a combined weight of 0.40 carats, alternated by a stepped row of eight oval brilliant cut diamonds in open back claw settings with an approximate combined weight of 2.00 carats, flanked by four horizontal baguette cut diamonds in open back rubover settings with a combined weight of 0.70 carats. The total approximate emerald weight is 2.62 carats and the total approximate diamond weight is 2.07 carats, to an elegant cluster form with split claw detail, a structured openwork gallery and open shaped backholing, leading to smooth shoulders and flowing through to a solid shank.
