Edwardian triple cluster diamond ring. Centrally set with three cushion shape old mine cut diamonds in open back grain settings with a combined approximate weight of 1.10 carats, surrounded by eighteen round old cut diamonds in open back grain and rubover settings with a combined weight of 0.52 carats. The total approximate diamond weight is 1.62 carats, to an elegant triple cluster featuring a stylised floral design with polished scalloped edges, an intricately pierced gallery and fancy open backholing, the tri-split shoulders with ridged detail flowing to a solid D-shape shank. Tested platinum, circa 1910.
