Set to centre with a cushion shape old cutnatural unenhanced sapphire in an open backmillegrain setting with an approximate weight of 1.05 carats, set to top and bottom with two cushion shape old minediamonds in open back millegrain and grain settings with a combined weight of 0.30 carats, further enhanced with eight round old cut diamonds in open back millegrain and grain settings with a combined weight of 0.56 carats and flanked by four round old cut diamonds in open back grain settings with a combined weight of 0.08 carats. The total approximate diamond weight is 0.67 carats, to an elegant cluster featuring intricate scalloped borders, finely pierced open gallery and shaped backholing, the slightly raised inwardly tapering shoulders include decorative millegrain borders and terminate to engraved details before curving to a solid shank.
