Description

Old mine diamond flanked solitaire ring. Set to centre with a cushion shape old mine diamond with an approximate weight of 1.50 carats in an open back claw setting, flanked by six round rose cut diamonds in an open back grain settings with a combined weight of 0.12 carats. The total approximate diamond weight is 1.62 carats, to an elegant flanked solitaire design featuring millegrain edging, an intricately pierced gallery and circular open backholing, leading to slightly raised shoulders with chenier detail, flowing through to a solid D-shaped shank. Marked 18 carat yellow gold, tested palladium, numbered '0465', circa 1905.
