Edwardian flanked solitaire diamond ring. Set to centre with a round old cut diamond, J colour, VS1 clarity with an approximate weight of 1.76 carats in an open back claw setting, flanked by six round eight cut diamonds in open back grain settings with a combined weight of 0.06 carats. The total approximate diamond weight is 1.82 carats, to an elegant flanked solitaire design with curving claws, a pierced gallery featurig scrolling motifs and fancy open backholing, the diamond set shoulders with millegrain decoration to the borders lead through to a ridged solid flat shank. Marked 18 carat rose gold and platinum, English, circa 1910, accompanied by HDR report #190000044049.
