Set vertically with four round old cutdiamonds in open backrubover settings with a combined approximate weight of 0.60 carats, surrounded by thirty eight round old cut diamonds in open back grain settings with a total weight of 1.10 carats and further set with twenty tapered emerald-cutnaturalemeralds with no colour enhancement in open back channel settings with an approximate weight of 2.00 carats. The combined approximate diamond weight is 1.70 carats, to a fancy rectangular cluster design featuring millegrain edging, an intricately pierced gallery with scrolling motifs and fancy open backholing, flanked by split leaf shaped trumpeting shoulders flowing through to a solid D-shapeshank. Tested yellow gold and platinum, circa 1905.
