Set with a round natural saltwater pearl, approximately 7.6-7.9mm x 6.2mm, in an open back fluted setting, set diagonally with a round old cut diamond in an open back claw setting with an approximate weight of 1.10 carats, to an elegant two stone crossover design featuring curving claws, an intricately pierced gallery and fancy open backholing, flanked by inwardly tapering, scrolling shoulders which flow through to a solid slim D-shapeshank. Marked 18 carat yellow gold, testedplatinum, English, circa 1910, accompanied by Gemmological Certification Services report #78128-04.
