Edwardian coronet cluster diamond and Burmese ruby ring. Set centrally with one cushion shape old mine diamond in an openback millegrain collet setting with a weight of 0.40 carats, encircled by eight cushion shape star top natural unenhanced Burmese rubies in open back grain settings with a combined approximate weight of 1.50 carats, to an elegant cluster design with millegrain edging, pierced gallery and shaped backholing, continuing down to a slim shank. Tested yellow gold and platinum, circa 1905.
