Edwardian vintage aquamarine earrings with diamonds. A matching pair each set to bottom with an octagonal emerald-cut natural aquamarine in an open back claw setting, two in total with a combined approximate weight of 4.22 carats, set to top with a round old cut diamond in an open back rubover setting, two in total with a combined weight of 0.38 carats, further set with five round old cut diamond in open back rubover and grain settings, ten in total with a combined weight of 0.50 carats. The total approximate diamond weight is 0.88 carats, to an elegant articulated drop earring flowing with movement featuring millegrain borders, an intricately pierced gallery with chenier detail and open backholing, fitted to reverse with a secure post and butterfly. Tested platinum, circa 1905.
