Drop, baguette and square cut diamond ring. Set with a drop shape old cut diamond to centre with a weight of 1.25 carats in an open back claw setting, flanked by six channel set baguette cut diamonds in open back rubover settings with a combined weight of 0.90 carats, further flanked by six channel set square step cut diamonds in open back rubover settings with a combined weight of 0.60 carats. The total approximate diamond weight is 2.75 carats, to an elegant cross over conforming band with pierced backholing to a solid D-shape shank. Tested white gold, circa 1960.
