Edwardiandiamondcross over ring. Diagonally set to centre with two round old cutdiamonds in open backclaw settings with an approximate combined weight of 1.70 carats, further set with six round old cut diamonds in open back grain settings with a combined weight of 0.60 carats. The total approximate diamond weight is 2.30 carats, to an elegant cross over design featuring curving claws, millegrain decoration throughout, an intricately pierced gallery and fancy open backholing, flanked by trumpeting shoulders with scalloped borders which taper down to a solid D-shapeshank. Marked 18 carat yellow gold and platinum, circa 1910.
