Description

Diamond crossover ring. Diagonally set with two drop shape old cut diamonds in open back claw settings with a total weight of 1.80 carats, bordered by eight rectangular baguette cut diamonds in open back rubover channel settings with a total weight of 0.40 carats, and further enhanced with twenty eight round old cut diamonds in open back grain settings with a total weight of 0.80 carats. The combined approximate diamond weight is 3.00 carats, to a crossover form with openwork gallery, fancy shape backholing and flowing through to a slim shank. Tested platinum, circa 1940.
