Centrally set with a round old cut diamond in an open back corner claw setting with a weight of 0.70 carats, pairs of round single cut diamonds in open back rubover settings with a combined weight of 0.08 carats set to each corner, four pairs in total, further set to shoulders with two round old cut diamonds in open back grain settings with a combined weight of 0.10 carats. The total approximate diamond weight is 0.88 carats to a fancy openwork cluster with millegrain detail, intricate backholing and delicate engraving to the D-shape shank.
