Set centrally with nine round old cut diamonds in open back grain settings with a combined weight of 0.55 carats, enhanced by fourteen round rose cut diamonds in open back grain settings with a combined weight of 0.14 carats, and bordered by twenty four tapered baguette cut natural unenhanced rubies in open back rubover channel settings with a combined approximate weight of 1.20 carats. The total approximate diamond weight is 0.69 carats, to an octagonal cluster with fancy pierced backholing, the smoothly conforming shoulders lead through to a solid D-shape shank, engraved to the interior in italic script 'L. S. 21.6.1921'. Marked 18 carat yellow gold with platinum settings, circa 1921.
