Description

Diamond and pearl pendant. Set with fifteen graduating round natural pearls, one round star top diamond in an open back rubover setting with a weight of 0.08 carats and nine single cut diamonds in open back grain settings with a combined weight of 0.18 carats. The total approximate diamond weight is 0.26 carats, to an elegant intricate openwork pendant with millegrain accents, ornate pierced backholing, and oval bale to top, approximately 3cm in width, and accompanied by a fine trace link chain with secure C-clasp, approximately 16.5" in length. Pendant marked platinum and with maker's mark 'B M with a dog in the middle' makers mark for Basset & Moreau, chain marked platinum and with maker's mark 'EMF', French, circa 1920.
