Diamond and demantoid garnet coronet cluster ring. A round old cut diamond is set to centre in an open back rubover setting with an approximate weight of 0.80 carats, encircled by a single row of sixteen round old cut demantoid garnets in open back grain and rubover settings with an approximate combined weight of 0.50 carats, to a floraform cluster with a scalloped pierced openwork conforming gallery with elegant cheniers to the inward tapered shoulders, flowing smoothly down to a solid D-shape shank. Tested platinum, circa 1935.
