Art Deco diamond flanked solitaire ring. Set with a cushion shape old mine cut diamond in an open back claw setting with an approximate weight of 0.95 carats, additionally set with six round eight cut diamonds in open back grain settings with a combined weight of 0.12 carats. The total approximate diamond weight is 1.07 carats, to an elegant flanked solitaire design featuring millegrain edging, a pierced gallery and open backholing, leading to raised shoulders with cheniers and flowing through to a smooth D-shape shank. Tested platinum, English, circa 1930.
