Colombian emerald and diamond three stone ring. Set to center with a rectangular emerald cut natural Colombian emerald with minor clarity enhancement in an open back claw setting with a weight of 0.66 carats, flanked by two cushion shaped old mine diamonds in open back claw settings with the combined approximate weight of 0.70 carats, to an elegant three stone design featuring curving claws, a fancy openwork gallery and open backholing, leading to inwardly tapering shoulders flowing through to a solid D-shaped shank. Marked 18 carat gold and platinum, circa 1910, accompanied by The Gem & Pearl Laboratory report #23834.
